400G OSFP-RHS DR4 500m
Teosco TEO-O400-DR4R 4*100Gbps transceiver module is designed for use in 400 Gigabit Ethernet and InfiniBand connectivity over 500m on single-mode fiber. The module has 4 independent electrical input/output channels operating up to 106.25Gbps (PAM4) per channel. This transceiver consists of a transmitter/receiver unit, with each operating on a set of wavelengths on the ITU G.694.2 CWDM at 1310nm. The transmitter path of the module incorporates a bi-directional PAM4 re-timer ASIC integrated with EML laser and 4-channel internal driver. On the receiver path, used 4 photodiodes and a 4-channel TIA array, along with the PAM4 re-timer. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the 400GAUI-4 interface as defined by IEEE 802.3ck, and compliant with OSFP MSA. The OSFP-RHS modules are commonly used in modern AI clusters, data centers, cloud computing, high-performance computing and large-scale networks to achieve reliable, high-speed data transmission and communication.
