Teosco TEO-O400-SR4R 4*100Gbps transceiver module is designed for use in 400 Gigabit Ethernet and InfiniBand connectivity over 60m on OM3 or 100m on OM4/OM5 multi-mode fiber. The module has 4 independent electrical input/output channels operating at 106.25Gbps (PAM4) per channel. This transceiver consists of a transmitter/receiver unit, with each operating on 850nm wavelength. The transmitter path of the module incorporates a PAM4 re-timer ASIC with a 4-channel modulator driver and 4 modulated lasers. On the receiver path, it consists of 4 photodiodes and a 4-channel TIA, along with the PAM4 re-timer. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the 400GAUI-4 interface as defined by IEEE 802.3ck, and compliant with OSFP MSA. The OSFP-RHS VR4 modules are commonly used in delivering high-speed, short-reach optical connectivity for AI and data center networking environments. It is well suited for modern AI clusters and data center architectures requiring reliable, production-ready short-reach optical solutions.
