16G Fiber Channel SFP+

Teosco 16G Fiber Channel series transceiver is small form factor pluggable module for serial optical data communications such as 16x/8x/4x Fiber Channel. It is SFP+ module for duplex optical data communications up to 14.025Gbps. It is with the SFP+ 20-pin connector which allows hot pluggable. Digital diagnostic functions are available via the I2C interface. This module is designed for multi-mode and single mode fiber, operates at a nominal wavelength of 850nm and 1310nm. The transmitter section is a Class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC 60825. The receiver section uses an integrated GaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC.
