Teosco TEO-QD400G-DR4 4*100Gbps transceiver module is designed for use in 400 Gigabit Ethernet links over 500m on single-mode fiber. The module has 8 independent electrical input/output channels operating at 53.125Gbps (PAM4) per channel. This transceiver converts 8 channels of 53.125Gbps (PAM4) electrical input data to 4 channels of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) parallel optical signals. Reversely, on the receiver side, 4 channels of parallel optical signals of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) converts to 8 channels of 53.125Gbps (PAM4) electrical output data. The central wavelengths of 4 parallel channels are 1310nm, and per channel operating at 106.25Gbps. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the 400GAUI-8 interface as defined by IEEE 802.3bs. The form factor, optical/electrical connections and digital diagnostics interface are compliant with the QSFP-DD MSA. Digital diagnostics functions are available via the I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP-DD MSA. This type of optical module is commonly used in data centers, cloud computing, high-performance computing, and large-scale networks to achieve high-speed data transmission and communication.
