Teosco TEO-QSFP56-LR4 transceiver module is designed for using in 200 Gigabit Ethernet links up to 10km over single-mode fiber. The module has 4 independent channels of 53.125Gbps PAM4 electrical signals and 4 independent channels of 53.125Gbps PAM4 optical signals with a duplex LC connector. This transceiver consists of one transmitter/receiver unit operating on a set of 4 LAN-WDM (1295.56nm, 1300.05nm, 1304.58nm and 1309.14nm) wavelengths. The transmitter path of the module incorporates a bi-directional PAM4 re-timer ASIC integrated with one 4-channel modulator driver, 4 directly modulated lasers and one optical multiplexer. On the receiver path, one optical de-multiplexers are coupled to 4 photodiodes and one 4-channel TIA arrays, along with the PAM4 re-timer. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the 200GAUI-4 interface as defined by IEEE 802.3bs, and compliant with SFF-8661, SFF-8636, QSFP56 MSA standards. This type of optical module is commonly used in data centers, cloud computing, high-performance computing, and large-scale networks to achieve high-speed data transmission and communication.
