
25G BIDI SFP28
Teosco 25G BIDI SFP28 transceivers are designed for bi-directional 25G serial optical data communications by using 1330nm (1270nm) transmitter and 1270nm (1330nm) receiver. The transceiver consists of two sections: The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well 1330nm (1270nm) DFB laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC 60825. The receiver section uses an integrated 1270nm (1330nm) detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP28) transceivers are compatible with IEEE802.3by, SFF-8472 Rev 12.2 and SFF-8402 and compatible with SFF-8432 and applicable portions of SFF-8431 Rev. 4.1. The electrical interface uses a 20 contact edge type connector. Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in SFF-8472.
