
400G OSFP DR4 500m
Teosco TEO-OS400G-DR4 4*100Gbps transceiver module is designed for use in 400 Gigabit Ethernet links over 500m on single-mode fiber. The module has 8 independent electrical input/output channels operating at 53.125Gbps (PAM4) per channel. This transceiver converts 8 channels of 53.125Gbps (PAM4) electrical input data to 4 channels of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) parallel optical signals. Reversely, on the receiver side, 4 channels of parallel optical signals of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) converts to 8 channels of 53.125Gbps (PAM4) electrical output data. The central wavelengths of 4 parallel channels are 1310nm, and per channel operating at 106.25Gbps. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the 400GAUI-8 interface as defined by IEEE 802.3bs. The form factor, optical/electrical connections and digital diagnostics interface are compliant with the OSFP MSA. Digital diagnostics functions are available via the I2C interface, as specified by the OSFP MSA. This type of optical module is commonly used in data centers, cloud computing, high-performance computing, and large-scale networks to achieve high-speed data transmission and communication.
