
400G QSFP-DD AOC Cable
Teosco 400G QSFP-DD Active Optical Cable (AOC) include 400G QSFP-DD to 400G QSFP-DD AOC and 400G QSFP-DD to 2x 200G QSFP56 AOC. They are designed for using in 400G to 400G Ethernet and 400G to 2x200G break out links over 70m on OM3 MMF and 100m on OM4 MMF. There are 8 independent electrical input/output channels operating at 53.125Gbps per channel. This AOC consists two transmitter/receiver unit operating on 850nm wavelength. The transmitter path of the module incorporates a bi-directional PAM4 re-timer ASIC integrated with a 4-channel modulator driver, 8 externally modulated lasers. On the receiver path, there are 8 photodiodes and two 4-channel linear TIA arrays, along with the PAM4 re-timer. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the 400GAUI-8 interface as defined by IEEE 802.3bs. They feature low latency, superior signal integrity and energy efficiency, making them ideal for applications of high-density, high-performance data centers and cloud computing.
