Teosco TEO-Q112-FR4 4*100Gbps transceiver module is designed for use in 400 Gigabit Ethernet links over 2km on single-mode fiber. The module has 4 independent electrical input/output channels operating at 106.25Gbps (PAM4) per channel. This transceiver converts 4 channels of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) electrical input data to 4 channels of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) CWDM optical signals. Reversely, on the receiver side, 4 channels of CWDM optical signals of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) converts to 4 channels of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) electrical output data. The central wavelengths of 4 CWDM channels are the ITU G.694.2 CWDM grid near 1300nm (1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, 1331nm), and per channel operating at 106.25Gbps. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the 400GAUI-4 interface as defined by IEEE 802.3ck. The form factor, optical/electrical connections and digital diagnostics interface are compliant with the QSFP112 MSA. Digital diagnostics functions are available via the I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP112 MSA. This type of optical modules is commonly used in data centers, cloud computing, high-performance computing and large-scale networks to achieve high-speed data transmission and communication.
