TEOSCO released 100G QSFP28 ZR4 80km and 100G QSFP28 ZR4+ 100km
optical transceivers. They are 103/112Gbps dual-rate optical transceiver modules
designed for optical communication applications compliant to 100GBASE-ZR4 of
the IEEE 802.3ba and OTU4 4I1-9D1F standards links over 80km/100km on the single
mode fiber. They can provide customers with high-performance and excellent data
transmission capabilities.
This transceiver consists of transmitter/receiver units. In
the transmit side, four lanes of serial data streams are recovered, retimed,
and passed to four laser drivers. The laser drivers control 4-channel EMLs with
center wavelengths of 1295.56nm, 1300.05nm, 1304.58nm and 1309.14nm. The optical
signals are multiplexed to a single-mode fiber through an industry standard LC
connector. In the receiver side, the four lanes of optical data streams are
optically de-multiplexed by the integrated optical de-multiplexer. The data
streams are recovered by a 1-channel SOA, 4-channel PD array, and 4-channel TIA
array, along with NRZ re-timer. This module features a hot-pluggable electrical
interface, low power consumption and MDIO management interface. The product is
designed with form factor, optical/electrical connection and digital diagnostic
interface according to the QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and compliant to
IEEE 802.3bm.
